As a leader, Dhaniben envisions a future where the Sangathan is financially independent, operates from its own office, and actively trains women to become more aware and empowered. Her ultimate goal is to uplift and strengthen the voices and attitudes of women across all backgrounds and castes.

Dipaliben joined Shakti Mahila Samarthan’s Nyay Samiti with a clear mission to gain personal independence, support her daughters and contribute to a broader movement for women’s rights. Driven by her belief that "knowledge is power. She actively addresses issues like addiction, advocates for widows’ independence and works to shift societal mindsets to dismantle patriarchal structures. Her dream is to see more women join this essential work and raise awareness of violence prevention and empowering women and girls to understand and assert their rights.

Shilpaben believes that justice is not just about resolution, but about transformation—creating space for women to stand up for their rights and lead change. Executive Member, Financial Committee Member
Sakinaben joined the sangathan to tackle the challenges in her community, such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, financial hardships and children leaving school to work. As an Executive Member and Financial Committee Member, she encourages men and women to stand up and take action. Sakina ben dreams of the sangathan being present in every village of Mahuva Taluka, having its own office and empowering women to actively participate in household decisions and engage with government systems.
Women's Land Ownership Committee Member
Nasim ben is a member of the Women's Land Ownership Committee. She joined the sangathan after facing discrimination and a lack of respect while working in a factory. Inspired by the women she met in the sangathan, she left her job and became a paralegal worker. Nasim ben dreams of empowering girls in 40 villages of Mahuwa Taluka to receive equal rights and recognition as women farmers. She believes change can happen when local livelihoods are created to reduce migration, when women have equal rights to land, property, resources and when there is increased sensitivity within structures.
Executive member, Vice President, Krishi Sakhi
Dayaben is the Executive member as well as Vice President of Shakti Mahila Sangathan and a Krishi Sakhi. She joined the organization to expand her knowledge and raise awareness among other women. Dayaben dreams of growing the organization from 3,000 to 10,000 women in the next five years. She believes that meaningful change will happen when addiction is stopped, migration is reduced and child marriage is prevented.
